This class will help you become stronger and more flexible. Helping you increase essential mobility, balance and foundational strength, this class stretches and focuses on proper body alignment.
Stretch & Core
A blend of core stability and flexibility training to improve your strength and suppleness. Fusing stretching positions, yoga and balance techniques.
Frame Fit / HIIT The Rig
Utilising our Queenax Rig as well as medicine and slam balls, steps, battle ropes, suspension training, and kettlebells. Coming together to create a fun, high octane class for all fitness levels.
A fun packed 15 minutes designed to tone, build and strengthen your abdominal muscles. Using various techniques and equipment to target the core muscles.
Total body workout that kicks butt!!!
A high energy class that helps sculpt your upper and lower body whether you are new to Boxfit or have previous experience, this class will leave you feeling super energised and ready to face whatever comes your way.
A classical Hatha Yoga practise combining postures, proper breathing, meditation and visualisations specifically sequenced to optimise & balance the quality of your energy, body and mind.
Tone and firm all muscle groups, whilst working on your core strength (abs & back). This class utilises the Swiss Ball and works by firming up your transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus.
Circuits / MMA circuits
Strength training and a challenging cardio workout all rolled into one. This class makes use of equipment placed into different stations with some elements of mixed martial arts also incorporated into the circuits.
HIIT & Run
Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, these training sessions will build a powerful, agile and athletic body. Explosive 45-minute training sessions combining cardiovascular and strength training using functional movements.
The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body, and pushes you to the limit every time.(Burn up to 560 calories).
A dynamic mix of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates, choreographed to motivating music. This class improves posture, flexibility and strength. Designed to leave you feeling balanced and energized.
Pilates is a safe and highly effective low-impact way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body. The class offers a complete core workout which in turn leads to a stronger back, correct posture and muscle imbalances.

Virtual cycling offers a wide variety of workouts to suit all fitness levels. They are perfect for anyone short on time as classes range from 20 – 50 minutes

The worst parts of your body when it comes to shifting fat. But don’t worry, help this classes is a fun filled way to help tone up those wobbly bits you love to hate.

Non-member class bookings can only be taken on the day of your selected class. (Reserved places will be re-sold if not collected at least 5 minutes before the start of the class)
