LES MILLS Sprint™
LES MILLS SPRINT ™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout where you can achieve fast results. The 30 minutes you put into a SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours.
LES MILLS RPM™
RPM ™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
LES MILLS The Trip™
The Trip™ is a fully-immersive cycling class set in a digital world. Experience a world of ice glaciers, jungles, underwater caverns and much, much more with this exclusive group cycle class.
This class will help you become stronger and more flexible. Helping you increase essential mobility, balance and foundational strength, this class stretches and focuses on proper body alignment.
Stretch & Core
A blend of core stability and flexibility training to improve your strength and suppleness. A fusion of stretching positions, yoga and balance techniques.
Frame Fit / HIIT The Rig
Utilising our Queenax Rig as well as slam balls, battle ropes, suspension training, kettlebells & more to create a fun, high octane class for all fitness levels.
A fun packed 15 minutes designed to tone, build and strengthen your abdominal muscles.
A total-body, high-energy class that helps sculpt your upper and lower body. Whether you are new to kickboxing or have previous experience, this class will leave you feeling super energised and ready to face whatever comes your way!
A classical Hatha Yoga practise combining postures, proper breathing, meditation and visualisations specifically sequenced to optimise & balance the quality of your energy, body and mind.
Tone and firm all muscle groups, whilst working on your core strength. This class utilises the Swiss Ball and works by firming up your transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus.
Circuits / MMA circuits
Strength training and a challenging cardio workout rolled into one. This class makes use of equipment placed into different stations, with some elements of mixed martial arts incorporated into the circuits.
HIIT & Run
A total body aerobic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance..
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.
LES MILLS Body Balance™
A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body and life. Featuring an inspiring soundtrack as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
Pilates is a safe and highly effective low-impact way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body. The class offers a complete core workout which in turn leads to a stronger bac & helps to correct posture and muscular imbalances.

You’re never too old to start! A class aimed at the more mature individual to increase flexibility, mobility and strength, combing resistance and aerobic exercise.

Non-member class bookings can only be taken on the day of your selected class. (Reserved places will be re-sold if not collected at least 5 minutes before the start of the class)
