Classes in detail
A classical Hatha Yoga practise combining postures, proper breathing, meditation and visualisations specifically sequenced to optimise & balance the quality of your energy, body and mind.
You’re never too old to start! A class aimed at the more mature individual to increase flexibility, mobility and strength, combining resistance and aerobic exercise.
Strength training and a challenging cardio workout rolled into one. This class makes use of equipment placed into different stations, designed to give you a full body workout.
HIIT The Rig
A total body aerobic, strength and conditioning workout utilising our Queenax Rig as well as slam balls, battle ropes, suspension training & more to create a fun, high octane class to tone your body and improve your endurance.
Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movements. Be prepared for a challenging and total body workout, featuring exercise rounds that last four minutes each.
Stretch & Flow
A blend of core stability and flexibility training to improve your strength and suppleness with a fusion of stretching positions, yoga and balance techniques.
Kettlebells and Core
Tone and firm all muscle groups in a interval based workout using kettlebells whilst also working on your core strength.
A total body workout using both full body and targeted barbell exercises that will improve your strength and endurance, as well as help you get a lean and toned physique.
Dropping body fat doesn’t require fancy kit, just all out effort, with a great workout. Our total body weight circuits include a variety of classic body weight exercises to work your body from head to toe.
LES MILLS Sprint™
LES MILLS SPRINT ™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout where you can achieve fast results. The 30 minutes you put into a SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours.
LES MILLS RPM™ – Virtual
RPM ™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
LES MILLS The Trip™
The Trip™ is a fully-immersive cycling class set in a digital world. Experience a world of ice glaciers, jungles, underwater caverns and much, much more with this exclusive group cycle class.
This class will help you become stronger and more flexible. Helping you increase essential mobility, balance and foundational strength, this class stretches and focuses on proper body alignment.
A fun packed 15 minutes designed to tone, build and strengthen your abdominal muscles.
Pilates is a safe and highly effective low-impact way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body. The class offers a complete core workout which in turn leads to a stronger bac & helps to correct posture and muscular imbalances.

Non-member class bookings can only be taken on the day of your selected class. (Reserved places will be re-sold if not collected at least 5 minutes before the start of the class)
