Reflexology helps to relieve tension and stress in the body, increases oxygen and eliminates toxins. It activates the body’s self healing mechanisms, boosts energy levels and regulates sleep patterns.

About Wendy

Wendy studied at the central London school of Reflexology , under the guidance of Micheal Keet.  She qualified in 2011 and continued to study advanced reflexology techniques, adding Reflexology for Cancer, Reflexology for Preconception and Pregnancy and Facial Reflexology to her repertoire. She a great passion for her therapy work.

“I first became interested in reflexology when I was working in the corporate industry as a Designer Florist . I had developed an allergy to some of the flowers and suffered with regular asthma attacks.

I was disheartened with conventional medicines, so decided to look into natural alternatives.  I was astonished at the effect that Reflexology had on my body and decided to delve into the practice.

What I love about Reflexology is that it is a therapy for all ages. It has a rich history dating back to early Egyptian times . Our bodies are amazing organisms with the ability to self heal . The feet contain over 15,000 nerve endings or reflex points , each of theses points correspond to an  organ or area in our body .By applying pressure to theses points we stimulate the profusion of blood, oxygenate our cells and encourage the bodies self healing mechanisms . “
